Rusty Commemorative Coin

If the first single-Coin Attack Skill that an ally uses during the combat phase doesn't defeat any enemies, use the Skill one more time. After defeating an enemy by using a Sloth or single-Coin Skill, the ally gains +1 Skill Power for the next turn.
