It records right and wrong. Its job is to record the judgement of the one above. It does not assess what it writes. To lay down judgement is not a secretary's role. The scribe silently presented an emerald tablet.

PrideIt's a tablet of unknown letters. While you're unable to fully grasp it, a few words stand out. Judgement… Retribution… Punishment… You also see some combinations of words that might have deadly consequences if you try to understand them. When you look back up, the scribe gives a short nod before soaring into the sky.

It's a tablet of unknown letters. You feel you might be able to understand it. It just needs a little more effort. A little more… Just a little more… When you come to your senses, the being has disappeared. You were left alone with the tablet in your hands.

You use a sharp implement to scrape out the letters. It stood still, giving no response. It seems to accept your judgement as valid. At one point, the tablet began to break, and eventually crumbled into dust.
